EncounterNotes offers optional onsite
Installation and training for all our products. Onsite training
can be done at the time of installation or afterwards.
Remote Installation & Training
EncounterNotes offers online
Installation and training via remote connection software. This can be
done one-on-one or in a group. This option is very economical than
onsite and allows offices to learn the system at their own pace.
This task is easily archived once the
network is already setup. Usually the installation takes less than one
day.
Remote Network Support

Most new practice installations
require the presence of technical people to be present for your new
hardware, once everything is installed, the network maintenance and
problem solving can be done remotely, saving you thousand of dollars
every year.
EncounterNotes offers remote support
no matter how bad the problem is. If the computer has not crashed, turns
on or turn off normally, the problem can be fixed remotely. If the
computer has crashed and it is under warranty send it to the
manufacturing company, if it is not under warranty, we recommend to
replace it. It will be a lot cheaper than paying for parts, paying labor
and the time you will spend without that computer. The same you would do
with an old TV, Fax, Phone, Calculator, etc.

Network/Computer, you just need to call us first, then download the program installed by all
of our regular customers. Go to the
support page to save the program and allow us to connect to your
network/Computer. Please note: In order for us to connect to your
network/Computer, you need to manually activate the program for every support
call, otherwise we can not connect to your Network/Computer
automatically.
